Highlights:

1. Three postdoctoral scientists interested in working on

a) novel protein engineering approaches to the thermostabilization of cellulases;

b) fluorescent proteins and

c) the creation of novel phage antibody libraries and the selection of antibodies using phage display against diagnostic and therapeutic targets.

2. Successful candidate(s) should have experience in molecular biology, protein chemistry and directed protein evolution.

3. For the first project candidates with experience in cellulase expression, purification, assays and evolution will be especially favored; for the second project candidates with experience in fluorescent protein evolution, and for the third project experience in antibody engineering and phage display.

4. The candidate must be close to receiving a Ph.D., or have received one in the past five years. The position is initially for two years (with the possibility of extension).
