Highlights:
- We offer four postdoctoral positions in experimental and computational biology for an integrated effort that aims to decipher the transcriptional regulatory circuitry of cellular differentiation in mammals.
- In this Systems biology project we seek to understand how chromatin state, epigenetic modifications and transcription factors cooperate to direct cellular differentiation in conditions of health and disease. Postdocs will use functional genomics approaches to analyse genome-wide changes in transcription and epigen-etic states quantitatively in mouse differentiation systems. Data will be analyzed in close collaborations with computational groups to generate and experimentally validate predictive models.
