Highlights:
1. A postdoctoral position is immediately available in the lab of Fabio Re in the Department of Molecular Sciences, University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, TN, to study mechanisms of activation of the inflammasome by adjuvants and bacteria (J. Immunol. 178:5271-5276, J. Immunol. 183: 1528-1532, J. Immunol. 181: 17-21, J. Biol. Chem. 283:3751-3760).
2. Qualifications: Interested candidates must have a pending or recent Ph.D. degree with a very strong background in molecular biology, immunology and biochemistry.
3. Prior experience with mouse models is desirable, though not required. The successful candidate is expected to be highly motivated and hard working.
