5. It is open competition for award of a Stock Postdoctoral under Project PTDC/BIA-BCM/73146/2006, designated "Molecular mechanisms of motility of organelles, funded by Foundation for Science and Technology, the following conditions:

Duration and scope of activity: Duration of 14 months, due to start in November, on an exclusive basis, in accordance with regulations training Advanced human resources FCT (http://www.fct.mctes.pt/pt/apoios/formacao/ambitoprojectos) and Regulation fellowship from the Gulbenkian Institute of Science (http://www.igc.gulbenkian.pt).
7. Purpose of Activity: To study the molecular mechanisms of motility  organelles in the unit melano-epidermal skin. The project aims to study  peripheral transport of melanosomes in melanocytes, the transfer and for processing within keratinocytes.
8. Advisor: membrane trafficking in disease and new therapies --
Miguel Seabra.

9. Education: PhD in Cell Biology or other area relevant. Laboratory experience in protein Rab and / or molecular motors desirable.
10. Remuneration: According to the table of values Fellowships  in the country, granted by FCT (€ 1495.00 / month).
