Highlights:
1. Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research assistant to work under the supervision of Dr Edward Anderson on a research project funded by the EPSRC for a period of 3 years starting in March 2010 or as soon as possible thereafter.
2. The project involves the development of a unified route to bicyclic heterocycles, and applications of the heterocyclic products in further chemistry.
3. Applicants should either already have a PhD in a organic chemistry, or have submitted their thesis prior to taking up the post, and will have a particularly strong background in organic synthesis or synthetic methodology.
