Post-doc in Organic chemistry

Highlights:
1. Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in organic chemistry.

2. Salary/Starting date negotiable; January 2010 preferred.

3. This individual will be involved in the synthesis and the characterization of conjugated polymers that will be utilized in organic photovoltaic devices. Ideal candidate should have a strong experience in polymer chemistry, as well as structural characterization skills using GPC, NMR, etc.

4. The research program combines organic synthesis, spectroscopic characterization, device fabrication, and computational studies. The research will provide ample opportunity to learn about and expand into new research areas beyond synthesis.

5. Duties and Responsibilities: This individual will be involved in the development and execution of experiments, data interpretation, manuscript preparation and working with collaborators and other members of the research team.
