Highlights:
- Within the Marie Curie Initial Training Network BioChemLig, we are offering a PhD position for a period of 3 years (start 11-12/2010) to research on new ligation reactions discovery.
- Candidates who are interested to join the BioChemLig project will be involved in the design and identification, with the help of high throughput screening methods, of new cross-coupling reactions. The PhD fellow will participate in an integrative research project using a panel of methodologies including organic synthesis, high throughput screening, immunoanalysis, ligation of macromolecules and nanoparticules.
- The PhD fellow will also receive comprehensive training in various fields such as combinatorial chemistry, immunoassays techniques, molecular modeling and nanobiotechnology.
- Applicant must have a diploma giving access to doctoral studies. Experience of working in a laboratory environment and interdisciplinary thinking are highly desirable.
- Preferred education profile : MSc in organic chemistry.
